Maybe is a silly question but can i use any wall charger to connect my neo battery or must be the original one? I mean the cable has a usb and i normally carry my ipad with me so will the ipad wall charger ( that has a usb ) will be ok ?
I'm pretty new to this, but this is kinda a USB issue. My USB passthru works off my computer, but not off the USB wall charger I use--came with the kit--with an adapter to charger my 808 batts. 'Sup with that?

There's different things going on. And B.Traven....it depends on the passthru. You have to know the input requirements of whatever it is that you are plugging into the A/C to USB converter (wall wart).
Now, for a charger, they mostly trickle charge. This is true for battery driven "PT" e-cigs as well... they are just keeping the battery trickle charged. You have to look on the wall wart and see its output: "5v, XXX mA" As long as XXX is above the requirement for whatever you plug into it, it produces enough amps and will work. Many
chargers (not wall warts) say "Input: 5v, 420 mA" or some such. The really small e-cig ones sometimes don't even bother listing the mA input.
B.T.... a "true Passthru" 5 volt e-cig...doesn't have a battery. It doesn't trickle charge. It needs a LOT of amps and the 5 volts of the USB standard. Most don't recommend using your computer for them, since an external USB wall wart is about 5 bucks. Get one that puts out at least 2.0 amp (2000 mA).
Then there are "smart" devices. Some may actually be special purpose and use a USB connector/cable. If that is the case, an i<whatever> wall wart may want to "talk" to the device and it won't work. Usually though, USB is a generic 5 volt standard with amp draw up to the stated output.
This is all a generalization of course. Check the device specific info.
