I have heard good things about jengo, and also see that many websites claim to sell "boba's" liquid. I have read online that anything claiming to be Bobas isn't the same, as suppliers have made it hard for AVE to replicate with any consistency. Is there anywhere else you guys recommend I could get that complex, caramely, honey, tobacco flavor? I miss it

Boba's Bounty hasn't changed in all the years that I have been vaping it, and I just bought a 100ml bottle just a couple of months ago. Not sure who is telling you it's different. Even if the ingredients have changed, it's still the same flavor profile you are looking for.

Uhh maybe you missed it but something has definitely changed, so much so they pulled Bobas and GJ altogether a couple weeks ago.

We will be taking down Boba's Bounty, Gorilla Juice and Gryphon's Breath to address discrepancies in the flavoring and liquid. Some of our customers have raised concern over the flavor of these liquids from our most recent shipments. We will be working with our nicotine and flavoring providers to get these liquids back to the standard our customers have come to love.

We expect these flavors to be offline until further notice. This means that we are actively working everyday to get it back up on the shelves, but at this time have no date secured in our minds as to when it will return (though my fingers are corssed for "sooner" rather than "later").

All current order will be fulfilled in the timely fashion you've come to expect from us. We would like to hear from you with any questions or concerns you may have. We can be contacted by phone or support ticket, both found at the bottom of our website's front page.

Indeed they did, just noticed that myself.

I suspect either they were unable to get the flavorings, OR, there was high levels of DA and AP in those and they were trying to reformulate and haven't figured it out yet.

I think you might be disappointed trying to "match" something you liked, and at least for me, I have noticed that it is sometimes better, and LESS DISAPPOINTING, to just branch out and try new things. Rather than be disappointed that x doesn't taste like Y did.

Hope that makes sense. Back when an eliquid I used to like was hard to get, I actually ended up going in a different direction altogether and found a new flavor profile and a few new ADVs in the process.

Have to assume they lost a flavoring/supplier or someone reformulated their tobacco absolute etc, having vaped a TON of Boba's previously i never really got any of the taste/mouth feel of heavy diketones, so if there were some in there, it couldn't be much.

I recently returned to vaping after falling off the wagon and Boba's is my all-time favorite liquid. I have been checking the website every day.

I feel your pain. The made in India amber glass bottled Vapor Station tobaccos of yesteryear were fanfreakingtastic. They still sell those flavors, and I think he says they’re the same, but they aren’t. For those who weren’t around and missed the old Vapor Station back around 2010-2012, they were really something special.

Boba's was my go-to tobacco for years and years, even during their web meltdown crisis back in 2013. They were the only vendor I ordered from online, and I will say that the last three bottles I got tasted NOTHING like the way Boba's used to taste. Instead of a rich graham cracker flavor mixed with tobacco, it tasted like dry wood. I kid you not. I chalked it up to steeping, the first two times. The third time I steeped it for over two weeks, and it still tasted like Boba's, except with dry wood instead of graham cracker. I haven't bought any since then. I just gave up on tobaccos in general.

My July bottles are TERRIBLE!!! I have 90 mls of juice that are unvapable. They told me since I missed the 14 day window I can't send them back and I'm SOL even though they knew it came from the bad batch.

Yeah its been a bit now since they pulled it, i really hope they're able to get it back to what it was

Though i've since moved on from Bobas, it was my one and only ADV for over a year and half and i vaped a TON of it, so it will always have special place in my heart.

I'm still sitting on 150mls of 6mg that's 7-8months old and around 50mls of 12mg that's well over a year old, so at least i can always have a taste if the mood hits me.

There is a whole thread dedicated to a Boba clone. Some of the recipes are very good.

Always wanted to give a few of them a try, but some of them seem ridiculously complicated/ingredient intensive.

Appreciate all the input! Any other "pinnacle" juices you guys would recommend? Doesn't have to be flavors even remotely near bobas. This is actually how I discovered bobas was just asking experienced vapors

But to give a suggestion to your question. When AVE pulled them, I knew I would need a good tobacco to pull me through. A friend suggested "The Virus" by Nicoticket, she even gifted me a 30ml bottle. I liked it enough to order four 60ml bottles. Can't say it's like Boba's or Gorillas Juice, but it's a good substitute. Keeping me holding on!

Glad you found The Virus. Great great quality vape. My go to these days is Majesty by Crescent City Clouds. It's a buttery rich tobacco vape. It's is really someting. I vaped a bunch of Gorillas. It became too sweet for me over time. Good stuff tho.
