Using 801 atties on riva/eGo batteries

So I've been thinking about trying a new setup with my vaping, but didn't want to drop $40-60 on a whole new kit. So I saw 510 battery to 801 LR atty adapters, bought two along with the 801 atties. They came today, I screwed everything together but it wouldn't work. No vapor, no "sizzling" sound, nothing when I depressed the button.

Have I overlooked something obvious?

look on top of the adapter, you should see a flat head screw slot.
back it out a little and it should work!

Ah! Thank you! now, is this purely meant to be a drip only atty? I don't see how you'd get filler in here...

Well I believe they were made for purely dripping but I am no expert at this so maybe some else can chime in.
