Using a 501 attie with a 8044 or VX2 battery... is it doable?

title says it all, considering stocking up on some of these 501 attie deals but only have 8044 and VX2 batteries will they work or will I need to mod me up my own battery?

I think you mean the 510 atty and I think the VX2 is an 801 connector, but I guess they sell adapters to use different atty's. Why not just stock up on 801's?

well that sounds like a viable option! If all goes correctly ordering TW 901 tomorrow does it have the same connector and voltage as the 801?

The vx2 battery will work with the 510 atty no problem I do it all the time. And the vx2 battery lasts longer.
