Using Alcohol to clean attys

I have read that alcohol is good for cleaning attys on a few posts. After you let it soak do you rinse, or just allow it time to dry ? I know alcohol itself leaves almost no residue, where water would.

Any tips ?

Yes, I let them soak for a couple of hours, then rinse well.
After that I just blow them out and then drop a drip of juice in and start vaping.
