I'm building a couple pipes. I've done my first one using a mechanical switch at the top but I'm curious about the auto 510 connector. The switch seems to be the hardest thing about building one of these pipes and I really don't want to order just one mechanical switch from epipemods although they do look good. It seems I would get some freedom of design if these connectors work well. Am I going to be loosing a bunch of current here and are they fairly reliable?

I don't know where you'll get them, Madvapes has been out of stock for quite a while. If you do find some post it here to let me know, I've been looking for a while. One thing I've wanted to try is using tubing filled with cotton and another 510 connector to put some distance between the atty and switch to avoid borking the switch with leaked juice.
