Yes, it is possible to drip with a Blu(L88b) e-cig by several methods.
1) You can remove the cartridge and carefully drip one or two drops onto the exposed metal mesh V shaped bridge. I don't really recommend this method as it is not particularly easy to do without making a mess.
2)
buy a drip tip designed for that atomizer. I know that Volcano carries them specifically for the Blu/Volcano/L88b atomizer. It may also be possible to use a drip tip for the Joye 306 atomizer but I have not tried this myself.
Volcano Fine Electronic Cigarette Atomizer.
3) (Technically not dripping) Another option is to use a method referred to as "dipping". Fill a contact lens case/dish with a small amount of juice. Remove the Blu cartridge and dip the tip of the atomizer bridge into the liquid. Replace the cartridge and vape.
4) (Also not dripping) Another option is to just refill the cartridges. Blu carts are two piece (three if you count the filler mesh). Use a paperclip to push the inner clear cartridge out of the outer cartridge. Remove and wash out the mesh. Fill the clear cart with liquid (about 3/4 full). Replace the mesh filler and reinsert the clear cart into the outer cart.
With method 4 you should probably obtain some cartridge plugs to prevent the refilled carts from leaking when not in use. They are also available from Volcano for the Blu/L88b model carts. They may be available elsewhere, but thats the only one I know of off the top of my head.
As with any automatic battery regardless of make or model, you should exercise a degree of caution when dripping. A flooded atty can leak fluid into the auto battery's airflow hole (the small hole in the center post of the battery). This can damage the battery and potentially render it inoperable. Best to be conservative with your drips when using these.
You may also want to consider other e-cig models which utilize a manual (push button activated) battery. There is nothing wrong with a Blu per se, but other sealed battery models are more effective when dripping.
Hope that helps.
