Using pt2 single coil head in a pt3

If you a fan like me of single coils, I have found a way to put pt2 single coil heads in a pt3 style tank.

If you refer to my blog I posted a oring from Home Depot to replace the rubber grommets on the pt2 coils, if you take 2 of the orings plus the the grommet and place it on the coil it works great. No gurgle or leaks.

A better way is to use a pt3 head in the Pt3 and rebuild it with a single coil.

True, but everyone has plenty of pt2 heads laying around. I already rebuild my pt3 heads single coil style.

This is more if people are in a pinch.

I put my pt 2 coils in my aerotank with zero modification at all. Works like a charm
