Using tissue to clear centre hole?

Hi, I'm about to fill my I clear 16....
but I'm confused as to the: "place a piece of tissue paper over the threaded end and give a sharp blow through from the mouthpiece end. This removes any liquid that may have managed to accumulate in the centre hole as you do not want this to get into your device."

i understand you remove the mouthpiece and pour the e-juice down the side....
But I don't understand what the 'threaded end' is?

And I gather you then re- attach the mouthpiece and blow through it...... But where's the tissue over the ' threaded end' during all this?

The Threaded end is the End that goes on your PV/Battery.

Fill - Put the Mouth Piece back On - Cover the End that goes on your PV/Battery with a Tissue - Blow thru mouth Piece - any e-Liquid that comes out - Screw you Iclear on your Battery/PV - Enjoy.

Threaded end would be the part that screws on to your battery. You want to limit the amount of e-liquid that gets on the battery. It does happen sometimes though.

BTW - Don't forget to Tilt the Battery up Slightly when you take a Hit.

I really would recommend using a piece of paper towel or tissue to do this as they both have fibers that become lose (take a tissue and clean a tablet screen or a pair of glasses and look. you will see itty bitty fibers) and can cause clogging. Whe I was using CE4s and 5s I used a pipe cleaner but not a regular one. Go to either Michaels or Hobby Lobby or an arts and craft store and get a pack of pipe cleaners. These are smller in diameter and will do the job that you need them to do...

Got it juiced up... And am enjoying my vapour as I type.
Managed to get tons in the middle piece which took some huffing to get outta there...
But it's tasting good and lots of vapour... Hmmmm

Yeah, when you blow in where the head goes...it ends up blowing a gooey mist out the bottom..the tissue is there to prevent sliming up everything down range
