Sure. I often mix multiple juices together to create different flavor profiles. That was what started me down the DYI rabbit hole.

When I used to buy Retail e-Liquids, I saved Many e-Liquids that I would have poured down the drain by Doing Exactly that.
Not All of them. But More than Half.

Go for it! I will say this: raspberry donut and turkish tobacco do not mix well.

By mistake I mixed some coconut in a tank of tobacco the other night and wound up with an interesting Vanilla Cream Coconut Tobacco blend. It was just a very minor amount but boy oh boy was it a nice treat.
Mentioning the accidental adding of the Coconut Cream made me mix up another tank which I am enjoying right now!
Why? There are no regulations that I need to worry about making my own e-Liquids for my own personal consumption. If I want to make 48MG 25 flavored e-Liquid I can! If I want to put it in a container they don't approve of I can!
