Hello ECF members! Another noobie question for everyone

As the title says, can I use my vision spinner on high voltage with a Kanger Evod, and or a Kanger Protank or will the high voltage cause complications. I really like the hit and warmth the higher voltages give but at the same time I recall reading once or twice that higher voltages can be hard on certain clearomizers.

It all depends on the resistance of the coil you're using, the juice itself and your personal preference.

This chart should help you out:

thicker juices require a bit more voltage. just stay in the green or light blue according to your preference.

Hope it helps.

Usually, it says when you buy it whether it comes with a 2.4 ohm or a 1.8 ohm coil, etc.
But there's actually variance - a lot of new devices will read the resistance for you (you press a button and it takes a reading).
The one I have right now in my EVOD is supposed to be 1.8, but it's really 2.0.
As far as voltage, you can turn it up until it no longer tastes good, basically! I think you'd get a "burnt" flavor as the limit...

I'm not sure what the resistance of my coils is. Or how to tell

Look at the small round base at the bottom of your coil (not the base of your Evod). There should be numbers and on ohm symbol printed there.

Previous poster is correct, of course. One should check with a meter for precision.
