ok, for the handful of you found in Oklahoma...after much searching i've found possibly the best price for USP grade PG in a gallon size.
Stillwater Milling, in Claremore, OK. it's a feed/farm store, they have gallon jugs of USP grade PG for $21.95.

i've had no luck getting a pharmacy to sell it, and as most have suggested, feed stores do carry it. also, a pharmacist told me it would probably be cheaper from a feed store than pharma anyway, especially if it is USP grade.
also...found it at Southern Agriculture (farm/pet store) for $39.99.
maybe i'll start selling no-nic flavored ejuice to my friends....
