USPS Did It Again?

I do not understand the USPS these days. Been waiting for my HHV vapemail for a few days now. Said it shipped. Showed it was accepted in Georgia and I live in Florida.

So why the hell is my package in TEXAS?!?! I mean Florida is right next to Georgia and in no means near Texas. It's no wonder they are losing money every month. I would pay more for FexEX or UPS delivery. Not sure why all these companies use USPS.

Its the main distributing stations. AND they have already started closing some of those locations. Mail delivery will take longer. You will get your package just not in a timely manner anymore. I wish more suppliers would UPS and FedEx. I mean FedEx has a standard 2 day shipping for 7.99. Why can't more suppliers offer this shipping... I hate USPS as well but yeah nothing we can do.

It makes no sense they would close down the Atlanta hub when that is in the largest city in the south and change it to Amarillo TX which is a small town.

Funny! I have a package coming from around Houston headed toward Macon, GA. I have had no issues with USPS shipping since I'm an hour south of Atlanta. Even when I order from Liberty Flights in CA I get my stuff in 3 days. It flies from CA to Atlanta in one day and makes it down to me the next. I guess it depends on proximity to a major air terminal.

The airlines used to kill me. Once I got off the plane in Washington, DC and my luggage went to Anchorage, Alaska. I wore the same clothes I traveled in until the next afternoon when the airlines delivered my luggage by van.

I am a bit worried with the volume of HHV orders lately due to winning juice of the Year someone in TX is going to get my bottles of Legend and i'm going to get someone in TX's order lol.

I am having the same issue with USPS. Instead of showing up on time (Friday) It went pass me (st.Louis) to Kansas, which is strange, and now if my Lucky I get the package on Tue cause of the Monday holiday. Basically taking a week for what usually is 2-3 process.

That also means no traffic since it is a government holiday. I am convinced the government is the cause of heavy traffic. In Atlanta whenever there is a holiday I can shot straight through downtown at the speed limit.

UPS can be just about as bad. Ordered my hubby's main Christmas gift in plenty of time to get here on time. It came from Indianapolis, IN. It headed out, landed in Spokane, Wash. Came back through several places in Montana and finally started heading south. I think they looked at AR and saw AK. It finally got here a week after Christmas. Hard to be patient at times but looks like we are going to have to start practicing it.

The USPS is not losing money every month Our legislators passed legislation to siphon off operating money from the USPS. They are systematically crippling the most efficient mail delivery system the world has ever seen.
You are a victim of miss information plane and simple. The legislators are setting out to privatize the USPS. If you research whats going on you will see. If they succeed your mail will cost 10X more and will be far less efficient. Why would they do this? Greed plane and simple.
Ive watched the hearings on C-Span went to see a speech from the Post Master General. Look at what they are trying to do to Ecigs with the ban they are accomplishing the same with the USPS. It wont be to long and it will be past the point of no return. Please educate your self and start fighting this stuff because when its gone its to late!

In my experience ordering from 6 different vendors from coast-to-coast, the absolute worst place a package can originate at or go to either as final destination or while in route is California... a 4-to-5 day stay at a distribution center there is common. The only good thing I can see to these recent trends is no steeping after receipt.
