I placed on order at fuZion vapor on Tuesday, January 8th. The order shipped out on Monday, January 14th via USPS Express International. I paid a lot for shipping, nearly $40 as I always do when ordering juice from the states as I can't stand priority.

Before I whine and cry I'll state that I have always had great luck and service with Express International. I can always track it and it's always updating until it arrives at my door. I'll also be able to track it via Canada Post as well.

It's now Sunday, the 20th and my package is apparently still in Florida where fuZion vapor resides. The last tracking update was on the 16th at 7:55am "Processed through USPS Sort Facility - MIAMI, FL 33112" Canada Post does not have the tracking number in their system so I take it it hasn't crossed the border or entered customs.

This is more of a vent and me whining as I am just about out of juice and I'm tired of paying for a service and not getting it, which I am starting to see happen more and more. Usually as I mentioned though, I have had great experiences with USPS Express International, everything arrives on time and tracks the entire way.

Is this even worth a phone call to USPS? I doubt they would do much for me.

It is on it's way, just a lot slower than it should be. I couldn't contact USPS today as it's Martin Luther King day so I'll have to wait until tomorrow. It'd be nice to see it pop up on Canada Post's radar, then at least I'd know it has crossed the border, but there's nothing showing up on CP's website. Grrrr... hopefully I get it this week as my juice supply is running dangerously low!

I've ordered a ton of stuff from the States and have only had one problem my ZAP from Provari - a 42 day delay. I got to know some of the good people at CBSA and HC during that time. Calling USPS will do you no good as it is the shipper that must make the inquiry. I've only ordered juice once didn't have a problem but that was one 30 ml bottle. I have a Cobalt coming in and its in customs as we speak. It just so happens that mine came through Miami also on the 16th. THere will be no issues except for a delay, the question will then become for how long.

As far as juice is concerned it will depend on how it was labeled and if by an unlucky circumstance your shipment has been pulled over for inspection.

A similar thing happened when i had gotten the ego vv pass through from LJ's smoke it seemed to poof into thin air and a week later i had called USPS. I remember when i had a similar incident i called and got a very nice lady from the deep south who ironically did not buy the excuse i was from Wisconsin or Arkansas (nooooo idea why :p) though we were cracking each other up on the phone while she looked into it.

From some reason coming from Florida or Cali it would seem the tracking number just stops and makes you think your oder disappeared into thin air, but there is a ten to eighteen business day window before it is in your paws. Plus right now (as of yesterday and what my wife sent me article wise) USPS is getting......well the situation is rather horrid......(IMHO)

Well of course the day I go and contact USPS and Shane it arrives in my mailbox, go figure. Never had an express order not track to my door before. Either way, it's safe and sound and tastes bloody fantastic. I've got a room full of vapor and some of the best tasting juices I've had I'm my vaping career.

Moral of the story, tracking is useless.

I've had I guess good luck. But my last order took over 2 months.

It wasn't the company themself. I think I ordered at the wrong time. Just after Sandy had hit.

Well, they shipped it from their facility early November. Then it sat at the sorting station for 2 weeks (typically only 1 day). It left the sort facility Nov 28. I just got it today. Dunno what happened. But at least I got my stuff. I had spares and backups. But I resorted to using carto's which I wasn't particularly fond of when I got them. But it held me over.

The difference is pink spot sends it priority. I have ordered from them before and it took 13 business days. It's worth the wait IMO, they've got good juice. I also couldn't track the package, that's priority for ya. I bet it's in your hands this week.

I paid 35 for express shipping so that's half the reason I was being a whiney brat haha

you've been waiting a week? I wish. I ordered stuff from Pink Spot Vapors on jan 4. it didn't leave L.A. until the 10th. its now the 22nd and no more tracking details....the waiting is killing me.

Moral of the story, Order From Within Canada!!
