I'm wondering if madvapes' USPS Express is different from the standard. I have my order shipped on 02/16. Have got an EC tracking number. But ever since I have an "Electronic shipping info" on USPS tracking site.
Well I wouldn't start this topic had it been First Class, but I have previous expererience with EMS and there's always plenty of tracking info on both the USPS and the israel post web site saying the package has been shipped.
I've opened a ticket and Paul from madvapes has politely answered my question that they're not responsible for USPS tracking.
I've even called the USPS customer service and got a human response saying that the USPS has only been notified by the sender but actually no package has been shipped.
So whoever had had this issues before please reassure me that everything is ok)
