Hey Guys,

Everyone who has ordered from PureSmoker both Yesterday (Sunday) and Today (Monday 12/8/08) USPS is experiencing intermittent outages and we are unable to ship your packages today :( We have contacted USPS, and they are hoping the Electronic Shipping Service is back up and running sometime this evening!

Will keep you guys posted :)

Surprise, Az
I emailed steve@puresmoker.com and also sent a couple through your website contact form. Either way, I'm glad I'm not being completely ignored. LoL. Thanks for the quick answer.

I now see where the confusion came from. I got an email on Sunday saying my order had been shipped. I assumed that meant it went out on Saturday (placed on Friday) so I thought I would have seen it by now. But you are saying it didn't go out till yesterday which explains it. I just don't know why Sunday the order status changed to "shipped"

Anyway, thanks again for letting me know...

Well, Full Force only lasted about 2 hours. Almost all weekend orders were filled and shipped today. Monday and Todays orders will be shipped tomorrow, no matter what. Whether we have to manually do it or not! Hope you can read our handwriting :)

Check USPS - The United States Postal Service (U.S. Postal Service) ... right on the first page it explains about the issues! Sorry for the shipping inconvenience guys :(

Online System Interruptions: Updates

The Postal Service continues to experience intermittent system interruptions on usps.com. We apologize for the inconvenience this is causing, especially at what is one of the busiest times of the year. We are hopeful that full service, across the country, will be restored as soon as possible. We thank you again for your patience.

The following online tools are working and available for customers:

Hey Cash,
I just ordered my first e-Cig from you the other day. Looking forward to getting it and doing more business with you in the future.

I noticed that when I ordered my first e-Cig (901), you were out of a number of items but later that evening you had a whole slew of new Cash e-liquids on your site. I would have added a few of them to my order if they were available earlier that day but that can wait for the next order.

Question: are your e-liquids PG based or VG based or cut etc.? How do mix them and/or add the flavors or do you buy them from a supplier this way? You also offer Pure E-Juice on your website... I'd like to know if those are PG or VG based liquids as well and where they come from? I hear a lot of talk about Johnson Creek, etc. but I'm new to all this. I hear the VG based liquids are not as likely to cause sore throat, lactic acid build up, or dry mouth as compared to PG based liquids. I really want to try Coconut some some other new ones you have offered but would like to know what I'm buying exactly first (unfortunately your website does not go into detail - adding this description on your site may help others too).

Thanks Cash!

Hey Cash,

Hey RegularGuy ... You sound just like a regular guy! :D

Question: are your e-liquids PG based or VG based or cut etc.?

Most eliquid out contains both PG and Glycerin ... Granted they carry alot more of PG, but they are cut/laced with glycerin. However, my liquids are not VG based only (like Johnson Creeks)

How do mix them and/or add the flavors or do you buy them from a supplier this way?

I have them specially made to the specs I need :)

You also offer Pure E-Juice on your website... I'd like to know if those are PG or VG based liquids as well and where they come from?

PG Based from China. The Pure line is the exact same liquid that comes standard in the cartridges.

Good Idea :) You will find most (if not all) that suffer from an initial soar throat, etc... tend to have the symptoms disappear after their system adjusts to it. I to be honest, when we did a pull way back in the day, I only think maybe 10-20% had symptoms. I was even in that 10-20% :D I had a soar throat, headache, and the runs for 8-10 days straight. All of a sudden, my symptoms disappeared, and I have never seen them since.

Hope that helps answer your questions RegularGuy!

Cash, thanks for taking the time to answer my questions so thoroughly. I really appreciate it. I'm still awaiting my first purchase from you and can't wait to start vaping for the first time. Hopefully it will get here soon! I ordered on Monday and you sent noticed that it shipped yesterday. I tried tracking my order but only see the status: "SHIPPED". Do you ever use USPS tracking numbers so I can see the location of the package?

Thanks a million!

I’m glad someone asked about the juice because I had the same questions. I placed my first order on 12/15 and am looking forward to trying the e-cig.

Your site was helpful because it listed nicotine content for each cartridge and for each e-juice, some venders only listed high, med, and low. I also liked the fact you had the very low 4mg juice. I tend to smoke a lot when playing on the computer, or on a long drive and I am hoping the extra low will keep me happy (busy) without smoking so many cigarettes.
