I slip my carrier a $20 spot every once in a blue moon and always give him something at Christmas. My mail always has a rubber band around it and my pkg's are also wrapped with a rubber band with the mail attached. Being extra nice pays off in more ways then one, heck his nickname is now Stamps and given to by me, everyone in the neighborhood now calls him stamps too:)

I have no problems with USPS. However, I do have problems with UPS. I once ordered a $150 air filter and it was never delivered to my house. I know it was never delivered because I was at home on the sofa with a clear view of my front porch and the street when they tried to say it was delivered. I wasn't upset over the mistake but was not happy with how they dealt with it. They tried to accuse me of 'stealing' my own package. I have since moved from that house but while I was living there if I had anything delivered I had to be home to sign for everything. Quite the inconvenience. I tried the boycott too but it is nearly impossible because when it comes down to it, I care more about me and getting what I want more than I care about who is getting my business.

I shipped about 900 items on e-Bay thru the USPS and have had only 2 Problems. That's a 99.78% delivery rate.

Not bad when you consider that the USPS is about the Cheapest way to ship for most items under 50 lbs.

The only package that has every disappeared is a Bottle of Johnny Walker Black I leave at my Front Door at Christmas for my Mailman.

;)

Other than it being slow, I've never had much of a problem with USPS, but I prefer to use the Priority mail service. I usually choose FedEx 2 day when it's available and affordable. I've never had one problem with FedEx. UPS won't deal with ecig products; they're terrified of Lithium-ion batteries. And no one ever uses DHL.

Soooo....it's either USPS or pick one of the few companies that offers FedEx shipping. It is what it is man.

They delivered my Twist and charger from Mike & Carol's, but the two lanyards I ordered from ECig Best Save claim to be out for delivery...guessing in a neighbors mail box. At least I got the twist.

This is the only hiccup I've had since getting into PVs, and its not even a major one.

I was nice to my mail man until he gave me piss poor service. I order often from over seas that requires a signature. The first 3 times he put a notice in my box I let him get away with then on the fourth I called and he claimed he knocked but he didn't. Fifth time he pulled the I have been bitten by a pit bull on your block. That couldn't have happened since my HOA doesn't allow vicious dogs. Sixth time he tried the I knocked on your door again which he didn't. I have watched him put the notice in my box every time so on the seventh time I had enough and I let my local office have it. He not once ever tried to deliver my signature mail. He is a no good lazy entitlist that either lost his job or he swapped routes. I would never had complained even once he he did his job most of the time. I am easy to get along with but you take advantage of me I will win in the end

I never knew that USPS had a "feedback" line for customers. USPS has changed a lot since I was a kid.

ambienttech if your letter carrier is not doing his job go to his postmaster if that dont work call 1-800-ASK-USPS and tale them your story that will get their attention
