I had packages not show up and called mailperson swore they delivered it I was home no package delivered here, came to find out delivered to wrong address lucky the people were honest and gave it back to carrier. Not the post office but carriers fault.

I can't wait for government delivered health care. 8-o

My mail carrier special delivered my package in the rain today, he had aredy delivered the regular and then about 2 or so he came by with my package. They have been bettter since i complaned last year and I got a new mail carrier.

I had a seller that as soon as they notified him (he knew when they post it) that a package was delivered he would send me e-mail, and it could be two days before I actually got the package.

Just to update i did notify USPS through the link at the website and also notified puresmoker and vapor4life about my problem. Now i'm curious how fustrating this is going to get. Its not about the money at this point I guess, its more about seeing what will be done about it now. I'm not much of a fighter/complainer and see myself taking the loss, what else can i do I'll just work and make more money to spend on vaping :D

I'm just gonna update this thread for people that may do a search in the future for the same problem. I hate searching and the thread ending without the fix or what happened.

I put in a complaint with USPS at the website on Saturday and notified the 2 vendors. Sunday surprisingly I received an e-mail from USPS for more information on the 2 orders. Today 12pm(Monday) I received an E-mail saying the 2 complaints would be forwarded to my local post office. At 4:30 I got a phone call from a supervisor at my local post office who was really nice and helpful. He said we're gonna try to find your packages but if it was delivered to the wrong address we cant force the people to give up it to us. But it was really great that its being worked on and i wasn't treated like i was lieing about not receiving it.

I'm gonna eat my hat and say the customer service at the post office was fantastic. Even if i don't get my stuff at least i know that they cared and were really sympathetic about the situation. Hopefully theres a happy ending.

Hello all

I'm getting a little nervous now as I placed an order from Utah on June 22 to be shipped to montreal. It is now June 26 and USPS Track and Confirm page still only says 'Electronic Shipping Info Received'. I've never dealt with USPS before so I have no idea whether it is normal for them to not update their tracking info. Has anyone had this problem before? Does anyone know how long it usually takes them to deliver to Canada? And how long should I wait before I start calling customer service lines and start cussing people?

Hey Undergirl,

It all depends on how he shipped it. I had a shipment that took about 1 month to actually be received by my Canadian customer. But I sent it the cheapest way I could (which seems to take FOREVER!!! You live and learn).

Hopefully it gets scanned before it enters Canada, otherwise it may always say that. I can't remember if they Scan items after it hits the Canadian border, maybe someone else can answer that question.

I would give it at least 1.5 weeks before starting to cuss people out :p Or shoot the guy an email, sometimes the Post Office never scans the packages, and it never updates until it is delivered...but once again, not too sure about Canadian orders.

Hey everyone...newbie here who just received my first order from Ruyan on Wednesday after ordering it the previous Wednesday. I got a DSE901 and DSE801 to start the process of getting rid of analogs. Only been using a day and a half but I can state that during work yesterday, I only have 4 analogs where I usually would have had 1/2 to 3/4 of a pack. I just found that I wanted to and for no other reason (OK, I do get to go outside to smoke). So far, I am optimistic that this will help me get the analog monkey off my back.

Back on topic. As you can see above, I received my order from Ruyan in 8 days from China to Little Rock, AR (and it was here the day before but I wasn't there to sign for it). That's not bad for half way around the world.

I agree that the USPS workers are many times a little less helpful than they could be but some of you have the mistaken belief that they are part of the US Government and that's not true. I can't remember exactly when but I think it was around 10-15 years ago that they were privatized. Yes, they are now a private corporation (with govt oversite on prices) but they still operate under the mentality of being a govt agency without a budget. If you don't believe they are private just look at their web site. It is usps.com: not usps.gov.

Wish me luck because I think i misspoke above: I don't have a monkey on my back - it's a gorilla and boy is he .......

So far I've had 1 package go missing , a DVD from Amazon.
Tracking said it was delivered at 6:30 A.M. Called post office next day when this thing still hasn't showed up.
Lady I spoke too said that was weird because their post men don't even leave until 7:00 am so it's impossible to be delivered at that time.
Filed a claim with P.O but never really got much done. So after that I was at mailbox and did a meet and greet the mailman to make sure no sticky fingers after that and to remind him it's theft. (Federal crime at that)
Luckily all I did was email Amazon and let them know what happened and they sent me out another dvd with no hassle.:thumb:

My order from Runyan just made it out of Customs Chicago this morning at 9:38 PM :D. I ordered a case and some blank cartridges just to do a test run to see if things would go through before placing an order of juice from them. Looks like there was minimal to no detainment of my products from them. I am hoping to hear from anyone else with small orders that have run through that particular customs that have made it through quickly with juice, parts or complete kits. BTW Who was it that ordered a kiter of juice and what company? I am definitely interested.

Two weeks ago I got (11) 30 ml bottles of juice from Ruyan. Plus a bunch of atomizers
and batteries. $200 total.

Arrived in 6 days.No problem.

I've seen the statement that no individual (as opposed to company) has ever had a shipment seized. So I would not worry. Besides Ruyan says they will refund or resend if this happened.

I have the luxury of having my packages delivered to my store instead of my house - they can't tell me it was left somewhere when I see my mail person every day.

So far no issues getting my packages, just one that got soaked with something that left a yellow dust which even got inside the package - still working with the vendor to get that one straightened out.

I have different problems with USPS - they've recently been nazis about how thick my first class packages are - I've had 6 orders returned to me in the past week.... ridiculous! So they want me to pay 4-5 bucks for priority if the package is less than 3/4 inch but will charge me only 1.50-1.90 is the package is more than 3/4 inch. Government bureacracies = ......ed.

I had USPS totally mess up on a juice order delivery last week. The tracking status showed that it was attempted to deliver but notice was left to pick it up.
Well I was home all of that day and no package or notice was ever delivered. I went to the Post office and they couldn't find the package. After a few days I went back and checked again and it still wasn't found, when I got home I got an email from the vendor... the package had been returned due to incomplete address. The address was complete and correct, but the vendor repackaged the order to be sure there was no further confusion and sent it out again, I FINALLY received it two days later.

This is the first problem I've ever had with USPS.

I'm wondering if all the recent problems are due to budget cuts? I know mine are probably due to the USPS wanting as much money as possible....

I know it's an old thread, but this deserves a bump at least to add the USPS direct phone # at the bottom of this post.

I just went through something similar. 2 packages supposedly delivered on Saturday at 1:08 PM (I was home). The 1-800-ASK-USPS person when I finally got through the automated system by answering all questions in 100% unintelligible gibberish, took my info (I reverted to speaking English) and said the local office would call tomorrow. "Tomorrow" arrived and I managed to catch my regular mail carrier, who said he'd been on vacation last week but he'd keep his eyes peeled. I then called the local office myself and talked to the morning supervisor, who told me to call the sender and have them send a new delivery...I guess that usually works for him but I wasn't having any and explained that the package was never delivered. He said he'd talk to the person who would have delivered it tomorrow morning. I then saw a USPS truck driver getting lunch across the street and told her my sad story, who recommended I call the packages dept directly and gave me their #. I called, explained, she looked, didn't find it, and when I told her the supervisor had been no help, she told me to call the Inspector General and gave me that number. As I was about to call Mr. Inspector 20 minutes later, the doorbell rang. My regular carrier had found the packages -- my house # is 524, they were sitting in the lobby of #554.

I finally got my packages but from now on I will be requesting that senders ship everything "Signature Required" and I'll gladly pay the extra $1.96 to avoid going through this hassle.

By the way, to short-circuit 1-800-ASK-USPS's annoying automated phone system, 1 800 275 8777, press 6 at the first prompt, press 4 at the second prompt.
