Class: Priority Mail®
Service(s): Delivery Confirmation™
Status: Processed through Sort Facility

Your item was processed through and left our SAN DIEGO, CA 92186 facility on June 13, 2011 at 8:03 pm. The item is currently in transit to the destination. Information, if available, is updated periodically throughout the day. Please check again later.

I placed an order last Friday through Liberty Flights. It shipped that day, typical of LF, which is why I love them. USPS, on the other hand.......
I should have received this no later than yesterday.
It's not even showing that it has reached Providence yet. This is not right.
I have contacted USPS with no reply.

Although it's supposed to be scanned through every sort facility, it isn't. The percentage of items scanned even varies from one day to the next of facilities that normally do scan.

I generally know when an item is shown scanned through Jacksonville, Florida that I will receive the item the following day. Two weeks ago, I had a 200 dollar mod that never showed it having anything but the electronic info the shipper sent when the label was created.

After spazzing out for a day or two and calling the shipper multiple times, the item showed up only one day late. After the delivery, only then did it ever show that it had been received, sorted and out for delivery on the USPS tracking site. Typical USPS... :(

Same here. When I notice it's been through San Diego, I receive the order the following day (7 times now). In this case, it didn't happen. I'll know when I get home from work if there is indeed a problem.

USPS can be quite infuriating. I've had good luck for just about every e-cig related shipment, but there was one a while ago that got lost and never turned up. It was a co-op for clearomizers when they first released. Just try and give it more time, its all you can do really. Good luck!
Thanks. Unfortunately, nothing showed up today. Like you, every shipment thus far has been consistent and I've been impressed with that. I feel this one is similar to that "one" you had a while ago. Oh well, i'm sure it'll get here. I'll live, it's only juice and I have plenty to get me by. :)

I had an order (not from LF) that didn't get to me for 5 days and boy was I ticked! It stayed in the Denver sort facility for 2 days and the tracking number wasn't updated until the day after I got it. I had another order say it was Out of Delivery and didn't get it until the next day. The post office is really screwed up.

Just think about how many times usps has come through for you. Mistakes sometimes happen. Sometimes things get rerouted by mistake, but they almost always get where they are going.

In case you are wondering, my hubby is a letter carrier, and he works very hard to make his customers happy. I know there are some really lazy folks working for usps, clerks that are not careful, too much bureaucracy, etc...

Oh, I have. I'm not bitter. Now, had this been my first real kit? No comment. :)
Still no change in the status. I'm a little surprised that I have yet to receive a reply to my email through their help system almost 24 hours ago. Life goes on.....

2 days late, not too bad. I'll keep that in mind on my next order, though. Yes, I'm very pleased with my juices.

Yeah, it's easy to get spoiled when you know your supplier gets their packages out the door practically 5 minutes after you place the order. And I've had my orders show up consistently on day three...

Except for the last one.

USPS is mediocre at best. Cheap, but mediocre. :nah: Plan your supply orders accordingly.

I do not work for the USPS, but I do a lot of international shipping via letter rate, as well as domestic shipping.

The USPS, compared to its foreign counterparts, is probably in the best five postal services on the planet.

And it's so much cheaper than it's private counterparts. I think they do a pretty good job, considering they're about to go out of business...

What really upsets me is that the local post offices have cut their hours to the point it's impossible to get by there if you have a typical 9-5 kind of job. Mine is open from 10-4 or something... I get that they have to cut their hours, but just the middle of the day? Really? Why not Noon-6 or 8-Noon or something? If something gets fouled up and I have to go by there, it's almost impossible.

One usually (though not always) has the option to pay twice as much to see it come through every stop with UPS or FedEx...

Not to disregard the op... that sucks! Glad you finally got your stuff!
