What a couple of odd stories! I've never heard of anything like that, but then again, I rarely track pkgs. Hope they eventually land on your doorstep. And I hope that doesn't affect trading with certain efficient e-cig suppliers.
Something that confuses me is my DIY favorings I order through CapellaFlavoringDrops. They don't come thru the mail - I drive over and pick them up, but it takes a week to 10 days b4 they even call me. Something is not right there - especially when I can order from LibertyFlights or Vaporrenu and get them in 3 days.
