Hopefully they get the parts to you fast, I will say that from the reading I have done the customer support seems to be pretty good at least.

Mine seems to be all there, but I haven't messed with it yet. Just picked up a chi you clone and I'm rather surprised with the performance so going to use that for a bit before I get the Turtle out.

Felt blue balled today. Received my package from Vaperev only ton find out both the top pin and switch delrin are missing. They called Uvo to get replacement. You would think that's something they would check. Now my turtleship is just there looking pretty.

Wow, that's unacceptable given the cost of this thing... hope they sort things out for you and then some, because a company pushing high-end product should go above and beyond to fix these sorts of oversights.

I tried to hold back but i gave in too quick. I ened up getting both the polished brass and ss, to swap accent parts. Pretty much compensated for several failed attempts to find a chi you. Both vape like a champ, but the center pin and delryn pops out if i screw in the atty first. Does anyone have this problem too?

I just got one today with the same problem, were you able to resolve ?

Just picked up the brushed SS version from Golden Gate Vapor. Definitely a great mod, hits hard and looks nice. Then again this is my first high-end mod haha.

If anyone in the Bay Area is looking for one, Golden Gate Vapor has a few and I know E Cig City has some in stock as well.

Edit: Here's a pic of it too. Swapped for brass accents with a guy at E Cig City. IMO looks much better. Also picked up a Patriot.

Nope it's an RSST. Not ballin enough for a Kayfun hahah. I'm happy with the it though.

Hey, I just wanted to let people know that there's a serious design flaw in the Turtle Ship. The locking ring at the bottom blocks the vent holes when in firing mode, creating a potentially dangerous situation if there's a faulty battery. A user reported on Calivapers that his battery blew, but fortunately he wasn't hurt. UVO is working on a replacement ring for the V1 (V2 apparently has a proper lock ring). If you have a V1 please contact the vendor you got it from regarding getting a new ring.
