Uwell Cailburn X Not Working

Hello,

Yesterday I turned off the device (Caliburn X) by pressing the middle button 5 times, the room at home was a little cold. When I arrived in the morning, the device was cold as ice. I tried to turn it on again by pressing the button 5 times. The OLED screen turned on and suddenly turned off. Then, when I pressed the button, I did not get any response. Even though I press the button now, I don't get any response. It's been 1 week since I used the device. I am waiting for your urgent answers.

I'm assuming that you tried charging the device at room temperature. Cold can affect the battery life. You didn't mention how old it was. The battery doesn't last forever. That is the disadvantage of internal batteries. Once the battery is dead, the whole thing becomes a paperweight.
