Thats the way they are handling it, and i do give Jospeh points for doing it. He did go above and byond for me. But every vaper i know here is having the same issue, and i juts spoke to one guy at my local B&M vape store whos only getting about 2 days out of a coil. And he points out that he's woirking at the vape store and even he cant find a coil set that isnt wonky, and further pointed out what we who have been through it know, theres no way to tell whether the coils you buy online/locally are going to be good or bad as UWell never implemented a supply chain stock tracking system, so they cant recall just the bad batches. So its going to be 50/50 for who knows how long before the bad batches are gone. Even with the experience i had with the Crown, ill still consider whatever Uwell comes up with in future, as they have no doubt learnt from this experience, and at leats they do customer service, unliek some vendors i could mention...umm JoyeTech.
Maybe you should report back when you get the replacements to see if theres any change, i dont think ive read any reports on the coils sent by UWell direct. Ive moved off the Crown, but it may help others
