UWell Crown Won't Fire on IPV3

Hey, I recently picked up a uwell Crown because I wanted to get a subtank so I did not have to worry about dripping an rda while I was doing something. However, the Crown will not fire on my box. I have an IPV3. I do not think anything is wrong with the box because it is the box that I use on a daily basis with my other rdas. When I thread the crown in and fire my box, my box reads, "Check Atomizer." The only thing that I have done so far in terms of troubleshooting was trying 2 coil heads that came with the subtank (I did not try the third because it is a nickel coil and my box is not a temperature control box) and i tried adjusting the 510 connection on my box.

The 510 pin is not making contact with the atty pin?
I do not think the 510 pin is spring loaded but if it has a slot in it it might be adjustable.

Whatever you do, do not try and adjust the pin on the mod. It's not adjustable.
