hey there i sent mine in awhile ago took about 6 days to get there keep in mind i live in vancouver bc. i payed for the most expnesive shipping to get there and it was soppose to be 3-5 days so canada post gave me a refund cuz it didnt get there in the 3-5 days. after it was upgraded they were soppose to send it back the most expensive shipping cuz i gave them 39 dollars for the most expenisive shipping cuz i wanted to get it back asap but they accidently shipped it back the cheapest shipping with no tracking once it crossed the border so that took about anohter week, but they ended up givng me back my 39$ to complensate for the mistake so i only ended up paying for the upgrade . so expense wise it was good got free shipping there and back but had to wait a couple weeks. so i guess it all depends where you are and what you pay for shipping. when they get your provari and upgrade they usually send it out the next day forsure. if you request a certain shipping to them and give them moeny for it make sure you make a note when you send it to let them know exactly how you want it shipped back. cheers
