My last order from v3 [verde valley vapes[ was lost in the mail. I contacted the usps, 3 days later they called and said there are no guarantees, but they were sorry. I contacted v3, told them of the situation and asked if I could place the same order at the same sale price. They replied no, but through no fault of theirs or mine, they would send a free replacement package, which I got today. Needless to say they have a customer for life.

Not really the last time my vape Mail sort of disappeared I called and filed a claim was told to wait up to 2 days for a call. An hour later I got a call from the manager of my local Post Office and I explained that my package had gone to X location and has not moved since. He called back and told me I would have it soon. Delivered next day.

I tried that my local post office said there is nothing they can do until if/when it is delivered to them. My usps tracking number says it is in the sorting facility ln cottonwood Arizona for the last 10 days. I never heard from cottonwood.

That is what happened to me it was sitting in Brooklyn. After opening a case they tracked it down and that it fell off a belt of something and they found it. When it travels it gets scanned and if it was scanned in it gets scanned out. If they see it came to a location and did not leave they know where it could be. You have to report it to the 800 number then your local Post Office takes over. Or at least that is how it worked for me.

I reported it to the 800 number, my local post office called me and did nothing. Should I call the 800 number again?

Good Question because the 800 number people were less help than I thought and I had to pressure them to file a claim. Once that was done it was over. Did you get a claim? If you call the 800 number and say the local P.O. was no help that might light a fire.
I have a case # so i'll give it a go tomorrow. even though v3 made it good the usps attitude irritates me.

Good people over there. Great customer service, great juice, great prices, they've been my go-to juice for quite awhile now.

I've been using them quite a bit lately, they have good inexpensive juice. Now I wonder how 8/8 will affect them.
Probably not much at first, as long as they've complied with the mandatory child-proof bottles(which just went into affect) and have sent in their paperwork for existing products. The changes will be what happens at the end of this year, at the end of two years and how each individual state vape laws may change going forward.
