V3 nova(ViVi nova) issue with taste its disgusting

Just an update guys/gals, the juice is better(100% pg canadian premium juice watermelon not vaporus FGJ) but I'm getting consistent horrible flavor and hasn't changed and went threw 5ml of liquid so far. The juice from vaporus i have not tried yet. it has been steeping for 3 days and it should of been steeping for around 5 days before the 3 day period it has been steeping currently. I have left the top cap off for a few hours to remove any alcohol and have been shacking the bottle 2 times a day, will report back later on with a video review of the V3 nova and the juice.

I will preface this by saying that I like vaporus and I actually currently have mail coming from them. That being said I got a bottle of juice from them recently that was obviously made right before they shipped it. It was supposed to be orange cream and at first it tasted like biting in to an unpeeled orange with rubbing alcohol on the outside. Put it through a couple hot water baths and left the cap off for a few days and then waited a few more and it's much better.

I love my Vision vivi nova mini. I made sure it was the Vision though. As with the steeping issue you can speed it up by putting it in a hot water bath as Chadsmo has said.

I remember going thru the same thing on my vivi nova. Even though you have washed the components already what i think you are tasting is machining oil traces on the unit and wicks. try soaking the wicks over night in alcohol and cleaning the tank with alcohol. Once you have dried the unit and wicks perform a dry burn to clean off any nasty left on coil. Just a few short pulses will do. Then just put a few drops directly on the coil and give it a few pulses to get rid of the dry hit taste. Now you should be ready to fill and enjoy your juice. I get good flavor and vapor with my vivi. I hope this helps. Btw i got this technique off youtube. Plenty of help there. Vape on!

Question: what level nic is ur juice? Higher nic can be really harsh. Sometimes unvapeable

The vivi is a newb tank. Its easy to fill and change heads even with juice still in the tank. I did open up the air holes on the connector post by hand with a 1/16 dill bit and the draw is just right. If u really want to get into getting a better vape like i have try rebuldables like an aga t2. They're not as difficult to recoil as it may seem. Ive made the step to the next level and love it! I havent gone back to the vivi i keep it for a back up. Vape on!
