The title pretty much sums it up.

I got my first VW a few weeks ago, a Vamo 3 by the way and have pretty much back shelved my mechs and ego batteries infavor of it.

However, being an evil Chinese company who's name shall not be mentioned, returning the thing for repairs will probably take a couple of months. (the left button sticks)

So rather than do without for months on end, I thought I might just get another APV from the same place.

My only complaints about the V3 are the teeny tiny letters that show up on the screen, being 48 I am farsighted and can't read the darned screen without reading glasses which I do not necessarily have on me when I unpocket the APV for a quickie Nick-up. Also the screen is impossible to see at all if I am in sunlight direct or otherwise, have to go indoors to see...

I also find that being in my cargo pocket, it often goes up or down a few watts without any conscious effort on my part. see above...

So I thought I would perhaps get one of the other VW apvs sold by the same place that are generally in the same price range,

the others are the KSD Kmax and the innokin iTaste SVD. It looks like their older LED screens might just be larger and possibly brighter.

That said anyone out there have personal experience with 2 or more of these? How do they compare?

I have 2 vamo's and a SVD. I"ve got a Kmax on order. the lettering is definitely bigger on the SVD. An advantage of the SVD is that it defaults to a locked position after you change the battery. This means no inadvertent changing the watts by carrying it in your pocket. If you want to be able to change the wattage, you have to hold both buttons down for 10 seconds or so.

I take it that it also locks if you do not change the battery before you stick it in your pants LOL.

Any comparisons on the SVD? Really thinking about one, but FT is out and I aint so sure about the return policy at VB not to mention the extra $5.00 for slow shipping from china.
