V4L Battery Issue

I have a brand new auto battery that is 2 days old. The light won't go off on the end; it won't charge; and it won't work. Any suggestions?

Contact customer service. The battery is still under warranty and the guys as V4L will ALWAYS take care of you and make things right.

Thanks but now my PT isn't working and I'm very frustrated. I've ordered more stuff but won't be here for a few days and thinking I may have to go back to analogs until then. UGH!
