Charging ?

I have a universal charger, not V4L, that won't charge my auto shorty.
Do I have to use a V4L charger or am I just doing something wrong?

Define "universal" charger.

To charge a Kr808 battery, the charger must be compatible with the threads on the battery.

You can't charge a Kr808 battery on the same charger you'd use, say, a 510 battery.

That's now how things work.

The universal doesn't have threads, the batt just gets pushed in and makes contact with an element inside. I have other KR's that charge fine with it but the V4L just stays blue even though it's got no charge.

The unverisal charger works on standard KR808D-1 batteries BUT on the Vapor King it tends not to work because the Vapor King from V4L is just a tad skinner than the standard KR808D-1 battery so it has a lose fit and can't hang tghtly on when inserted into the charger.

I have one of thee universal chargers and I have many Vapor King Batteries along with a standard KR808D-1 battery and can tell that the Vapor King has been modified slightly so it is skinner. I have successfully charged the standard KR808D-1 battery along with my KR808D-2 (GreenSmoke) battreies in this universal charger but the the Vapor Kings just does't fit tight enought to make the proper connections.

I bought the standard KR808D-1 battery from vaporking and actually got the universal charger from LeCig but the one shown above from vaporking is the exact samething I have for a universal charger.
