V4L cartos, shipping, and other questions

Ok so i have been thinking about trying V4L cartos, I know some other canucks are using them so here is my questions.

1. Will they get through customs if filled?
2. How long will a filled cart last? we talking an hour here? 4 hours? I mean before you refill because if you do not have the same juice refilling would taste weird.
3. How long in shipping?
4. do you happen to have a ali'i from rnrmanucaturing for sale so I can stop with these bs cartos? that ones a joke unless you do in fact have one for sale lol.

1) All my orders did.
2) Most of the time I have around 10 cartos in rotation so I can't say for sure.
3) around 1-2 week
