V4l cs rocks!!!

I have a missing order that i placed on March 23, got ahold of USPS and they told me that the package was never scanned into their system. They also told me to find out who, UPS or FED-EX, picks up V4L's packages. So I opened a support ticket last night asking for that info so that maybe I could hunt down my package. Guess who picks up V4L's mail? Yep, USPS!
But they are going to re-ship my order! How awesome is that???
Love you guys and gals, best customer service EVER! :toast:

Alot of large corporations could learn from how well V4L takes care of their customers. I will give you an example. Right now I am Dealing with A software Company with the letters NC and soft in their name. I have a 7 year old account with them for some of the games I play or used to play. I went to log on to Guild Wars to find my account was blocked..Mind you i haven't logged on the game in Months.

So I email Support who in turn says I need to provide 10 questions worth of information so I can prove I own the Account. Remember this is a 7 year old account. Luckily I am a pack rat and kept emails and game numbers. I gave them everything I had. Well that wasn't good enough and we have been going back and forth for 2 days now.

If this was a V4L problem it would have been fixed in the first couple of minutes, I know because I have used their CS and have never had an issue and they have resolved my problems almost instantly everytime!
