I recently received an order from V4L that included a defective diamond series battery. Once I properly explained to them that it wasn't the "battery post adjustment" problem, they immediately e-mailed me that a new battery is on its way.

I think it's normal to occasionally come across something that doesn't work. What matters is how it's handled.

Great customer service. I ordered a couple of diamond series batteries & mentioned in the comments how sad it was that my favorite gunmetal platinum battery died after less than a month & they sent me a new one along with the rest of the order. Love them. That kind of service is much appreciated & definitely remembered.
