A few month ago we did something similar to this. We are asking three questions. I will randomly choose a responder and send them a $25 gift certificate

1. Something that we do well

2. Something that you would like to see us do better

3. Something that you wish that we would carry

1. Something V4L does exceptionally well is to stand behind their products and create customer loyalty with amazing sales.
2. V4L could do better at expanding product lines instead of introducing new products that *replace* old favorites.
3. I wish V4L would carry brand new 420mAh new Vapor Kings with regulated batteries and horizontal coil cartomizers and/or better designed clearomizers.

1)One of the BEST things you do is with your quick responses to all of our posts when there's a question here on the forum. Not many companies will even care to take the time to even read what people write, you people actually get right in there and respond. This is on top of the trouble tickets or emails and what have you. Which I personally find amazing. All of your interaction with us here makes us feel like we actually MEAN something to you. That to me IS noticed and means alot !! We're not just money to you, and that is appreciated more than we can say. Love you guys !
2)I can't honestly say what I'd like to see improved as I'm quite happy with ya'll now.
3)Lastly, I'd like to see a super battery, that lasts for a longer time

1. You listen to your customers. This is very pleasing for us.

2. Your website needs work... looks like something from the 90's ;)

3. Better VG juices... the ones I've purchased are thick and many of my VG carts don't work well with my batts because (I'm assuming) the thickness of the juice. Maybe it's just me, or some random mistake, but in my experience it's a lot harder to draw from a VG cart. The juice gets so thick at times it has a hard time absorbing into the fibers. (if someone else has this issue let me know so I know it's not just me lol!)

1. Your customer service is tops in the business, so would have to put that as my number 1 (though the fact you sell such great products like the king diamond and stealth v2's is right behind)

2. Ummm... This one is harder sir.... Know what someone wants to order before they order it?

3. The manual versions of the king diamonds and stealths sir. Other than that, possibly a mod with vv....

1. Speed and accuracy of order fulfillment is something that you do very well that affect every single customer out there. Customer service is great, but not needed 90% of the time, thanks to good order fulfillment.

2. Availability of stock. This is something that every customer of yours runs into at some point in time, and even though most of us stock up well ahead, it's somewhat nerve racking to see your favorite flavor/strength out of stock all the time.

3. This is a tough one... I'd really like to see more options for cartomizers done with V4L quality in mind, like clearos, dual coils, etc. But I'd also like to see USA made juices, as that would help alleviate some of the stock problems.

1. I am a very satisfied customer all around! BUT, what you do REALLY well are your sales...the psychology of them, the consistency of them and the generosity of them.
2. I'd like to see a UPS or FedEx option with regards to your shipping. 2 day ground or something in between what you already offer.
3. 5 ml bottles of juice again.

1. As has been said great customer service, great interaction with us here on the forum and excellent speed from time of order to shipping.

2. From my point of view, not much. The stock problems are due to external forces. I'm very satisfied.

3. Not knowing what's in the pipeline: XL cases like the regular, just longer and a multi charger.

1. Juices are amazing. Haven't found better flavors from any other vendors.
2. Less Sales/Promos - instead, lower prices a tad? It's irritating to place an order then 5 minutes later get an email stating that there was an XX% off for something that you just bought and it started 5 minutes before you checked out. Or the next day or two for that matter.
3. A fat batt. Something that is about the size of an eGo or Riva. And smaller sizes on the juice.

Another very satisfied customer here.

(1) Both your customer service AND your customer interaction/availability are simply amazing!

(2) Um, I hate to mention it, in view of the occasional "free shipping" sales, but . . . your shipping is pretty steep.

(3) Manual 2.0 Diamonds, and a "fat batt" (looooong-lasting sucker!)
