So I attempted to clean out a bunch of my unused Vapor king 808 cartos and I'm using what seems like one of the more popular methods. I got to my 24mg dunhall premium cartos from V4L and I can't remove the white mouthpiece part. I was able to do it quite easily on my premium kamel cartos though. Seems a little weird.

I finally managed to pry one of them off and it appears they are glued on extremely well. There's actually a dried ring of glue inside. The only way I can get them out is by prying them, and at that point the end cap is almost totally destroyed. Also, I don't know if I really like the idea of vaping on certainly chemically laden chinese glue. Anyone ever experienced this?

With the hard caps after popping off the top you can replace it with a soft top. I keep the soft tops off of all the cartos that I dispose of just so I can replace the hard tops on my older cartomizers. Some of the hard tips are a real pain to get off.

The ring under the hard tops comes out as well just grab it with a paperclip and pull. I use an old crochet hook for this.

Once you get the hard tip off and replaced and the ring out of there it is just the same as filling the new soft tip cartos. Hope I helped a little.

You explained that very well Juantizzle!
green, V4L were trying out new carto manufactuors at the time and one of them decided gluing the hard caps on very well was a good idea! All of the newer cartos will have the soft caps..much better! Some people heat some water and hold the tip in it for a bit untill the glue gets soft enough to pop the cap off. Others (like me) just tend to distroy the caps, can we say klutz! I do keep some of the condoms with holes in them to replace the cap if I don't happen to have any spare hard or soft caps. A DripTip works too.

I've refilled some Cartos, and I'm experiencing an interesting thing. If I draw on the Cartos (with a freshly charged battery) andd do NOT inhale there is plenty of Vapor. However, if I inhale, there is very little Vapor. It's like it disappears when inhaled.

Anyone else experience this?

I've only washed cartos once - I did a rapid boil for 15 minutes, 3 times in a row, then followed that with the turkey baster / hot water flush twice on each, then let them dry in the sun and sit overnight. Worked extremely well, and almost every cart I've tried refilling worked great (except one which seemed totally clogged, so I discarded)
