IMO, there's nothing "Premium" about the Premium. They work pretty much the same as the regular but if you get the Hard Caps you have to boil the cap end to get the cap off.
The prems vs. the regulars seems to be pretty similar to a low resistance 510 say vs. a regular 510. The prems are "low resistance" and produce more heat with less voltage. So a premium IS "better" at 3.7 volts, kind of simulates a regular carto at 5 volts. That's why the difference is only obvious to people who vape regular batteries or 3.7 volt mods. With the 5 volt pass thru or a high voltage mod you won't get the intended improved performance of the premium carto - it might even seem like too much heat, kill flavor, and make you of the opinion that the regulars are better than the premiums.
It depends on your carto/voltage combination.
