IMO, there's nothing "Premium" about the Premium. They work pretty much the same as the regular but if you get the Hard Caps you have to boil the cap end to get the cap off.

The prems vs. the regulars seems to be pretty similar to a low resistance 510 say vs. a regular 510. The prems are "low resistance" and produce more heat with less voltage. So a premium IS "better" at 3.7 volts, kind of simulates a regular carto at 5 volts. That's why the difference is only obvious to people who vape regular batteries or 3.7 volt mods. With the 5 volt pass thru or a high voltage mod you won't get the intended improved performance of the premium carto - it might even seem like too much heat, kill flavor, and make you of the opinion that the regulars are better than the premiums.

It depends on your carto/voltage combination.

I dont use a pt and I dont want them any hotter . the reg ones get hot enough for me.
Guess I will skip the premiums.

Good for you I say, particularly if you are using low nic. Most of us are vapor hogs constantly searching for more vapor in shorter pulls, which the prems help provide. Of course, in general more vapor = more nic, so I'd rather have a big cloud at 18mg than a little one at 36mg to get the same nic satisfaction. I'd rather lower nic and increase vapor (and juice usage rate) than have decreased vapor at high nic, personally.
