We did identify an issue with our ticket system with some email providers. As of this time, the issue should be resolved. If anyone still has any issue with the ticketing system, please let me know. You should immediately receive a response after you send the ticket with the ticket number. If you don't get a response, please let me know.

If you filed a ticket Sunday it has most likely been taken care of, but you can send us another ticket just to make sure it has been taken care of.
