There is a reason I posted it here in the V4L subforums, it's about my personal experience and why I am so glad I made the right choice for me with the Vapor King. I'm not really into starting a war over it, lets all just join hands and sing kumbaya and vape happily!

Ok, I'm not actually going to sing kumbaya but you know what I mean!

Yes, you are sooo right. I guess I just needed to vent. I just sent a pm to the person that fueled my fire today and I am waiting on a response. I guess it will all boil down that I will have to put my 3-piece models in a cabinet and not ever ask another question about them and just give up. I had problems with the V4L as well until Pawpaw helped me to find your spinning technique. I could not be more thrilled that it worked so well. I thanked him profusely for providing your thread. The cartridge cost was the only draw back for me. So thanks to your thread on the refilling, I am now an 808 diehard. I guess your right about staying on this forum to even say that I prefer this model to any other. I just never thought that it was that big of a deal. With that said I am over it now and back to reality.

I understand that, Taryn, and IMHO - totally appropriate. I was just making an observation about the topic header attracting those looking for a "fight".

To me it is amazing how the name vaporking can cause such melt downs in people. I've been doing a lot of researching on other forums Seriously some day when I have the funds I'm going to try other models.

Its one thing to tell people what advantages your model and supplier have. A totally other thing to attack other models. People that use the Kr8 tend to tell the postive things about their choice. People that dislike it and it seems to be the 510 fans the most, tend to read through forums to find any problems, easily solvable or not, often by new people who haven't figured it out.

Sorry (Adrenalynn) I can't seem to get the above quote to list in my post. It keeps using your first one.

So do you think I should just forget trying to improve the 510 and just stick to the VaporKing. I am wondering because now that I have learned the tricks to using the 808, it still keeps my budget at half of what I was spending on analogs. I was just hoping that I could get the 3-pieces that I have to get a better flavor and use them as an alternative or back up when money runs a little low. I was thinking of just posting in the "ask an expert" about changing the filling in them. Other than that I have tried everything that I have read about to improve them, my 510 particularlly. The others I can deal with if I have to. I guess I just need to know if the flavor issue is a problem in all of the 3-pieces and it isn't my imagination.

That I did do and it by far is working the best. I did just get it yesterday morning, so time will tell. It does seem to be the best compromise so far for all of my parts that I have accquired. I definitely have to slow down now on purchases because I have way exceeded my limit. What about the flavor question? Is that still going to be the same in atty versus cartomizers because of the filling?

I've heard some people say that it depends on the flavor, some do quite well on the 510. There are lots of threads in 510 forums about changing the filler and getting the most out of it. If you already have one and want to keep trying to use it, go for it! From what I understand it's not the filler so much as the heat of the atomizer.

So, should we carry the 510 at V4L?

Steve:cool:

I can only speak for me. I was looking to try a three piece model to save money. I know I spent a lot more on analogs but still I'd like to spend a little as possible, times are tough right now.

The more I learn though on how long a cartomizer can last I'm not so sure theres much of a savings there. I have to say I'm intrigued by the ego 510's though. If I bought any it would probable be that one

Based on what your regular customers here say about your service, I would buy replacement 510 parts from you.

I have been lurking here for several days trying to make up my mind about buying a VK. There isn't a thread here that don't mention V4L's great service at least once.

Are you aware that they have the best customer service on the planet? ;)
