V4L WOW Blank Cartos

Just ordered my first kit and trying to get all the info I can, so when it arrives I am ready to Vaporize.
I guess this question would be... I ordered the ultimate Kit From Vapor4Life along with some WOW Blank Cartos and Some Kamel juice. does the juice bottle come as a Dropper or am I going to need to find something to load my Cartos with?
Thanks for all the info I have read so far and for all that I am sure I will read as I go.
