Just to prove to our gahmen that vaping can be an aid to smoking cessation and help the user on the path to a healthy lifestyle, I've decided to post my journey to stay off cigarettes and train for the upcoming Army Half Marathon 21km distance with the help of my vape mod. My goal is to complete the 21km in below 2 hours and I'll only have roughly 3 months and 2 weeks to train for the event, which takes place on 26th Aug. I will post details of my training runs on a daily basis and the liquid level in my tank whenever it drops by a significant amount.
Lepak run today up and down some scenic slopes, thankfully it's not that humid in my training area but I still sweat like a dog lah. I do enjoy myself despite what some may think.
Mix berry 6mg juice, starting at 3ml and vaped at ~50w on a mech mod. If it matters, the wattage will of course drop as the batteries get gradually drained. I can usually go through 3 x 3ml before the voltage reaches 3.7v and there is no taste/kick to the vape, upon which I have to charge the batteries back to 4.2v again.
Please don't ask what mod/tank, juice brand, source, etc thanks. My answer to sourcing would be go up north and buy lor
