Isn't it great to have someone in customer service that is NOT snotty, does NOT act like they are doing you a huge favor just to listen to you (even though i consider it a favor when Val listens to me!), is NOT ready to end the conversation before you even ask your question, is NOT at all stingy with her time or advice, is most definitely NOT clueless ........
Valerie is definitely NOT you typical customer service rep....she is soooo much more!!!

Val has once again helped me out. V4L in general is just a great place to do business with. The customer service is top notch.

Well, I gotta say I'm very disappointed! Val has made a promise to me on several occasions that I believe others can attest to. I am still waiting on that shipment, and it has been several weeks with no sign of it.I check everyday...and no puppy "Rocky Balboa" on my doorstep!!
WTH Val you promised! err.. umm threatened to send him to me!
Oh, and BTW, Val is great, tons of fun, and a wonderful addition to the V4L team!
