Ordered a dual coil cartomizer and another item from them, received VERY quick, their shipping was fast, however their cartomizer was a dud. It didn't even try to work. Anyway, emailed them about it, was not a big deal that it didn't work because it was only a couple bucks. What made me write them a bad review was that when I emailed them to let them know their product had failed, I didn't even receive a sorry or anything else at all. Will not be patronizing this place again.

Was contacted by Value Vapor and they apologized for overlooking my email by mistake. They also sent off a new cartomizer this morning, so I'd definitely like to have a mod edit this to a positive solution was reached. They explained they are a 2 person crew and things sometimes get hectic.......I certainly can understand this and appreciate that even months after I posted this, when they finally saw it, rather then ignore it, they responded and fixed the issue.
