Vamo 2.5 is out

Just saw this on the Quantum Vapor site. It's the body of a Vamo 2.0, but the screen/electronics of a 3.0. Seems to be only available as a kit at the moment:

Although, I have to say that while I initially was not all that fond of the looks of the v3 Vamo (stainless steel) compared with my V2 stainless steel, the grooved look has grown on me over the past couple of weeks.

Quite fancy that but do not need the kit. Might try and find it with tube only.

Lot's of resellers have that, but most are calling it the Vamo V4. geek at FT responded to a thread a while back talking about them working on a supplier for the Vamo V2 body with V3 pcb and OLED display. $50 extra bucks for the SS version is really kinda high for a couple batteries, clearos a case and a crappy charger. JMO FT price will likely be around $30 for just the PV or $50 for a similar kit.

A bunch of shops in the UK already have them. Calling it a v4 and the price is comparable to retail when the v2 or v3 was new. That $74 kit is outrageous. Since they are calling it a "2.5", they must have built them themselves using v3 internals in a v2 body, hence the huge price increase.
