VAMO Lo error message, black chrome vamo power post is tilted.. Help!

Even if I push it back to center and align it, I still get LO error messages with vivi novas and some other atomizers... help!

It probably tore the center insulator, as that looks severly off center. You may have to RMA it or replace the insulator. A lot of people have issues with Vivi Novas since the center post extends way too far out and crushes insulators. Do you get that error with no device attached or 9.9 on the display?
