I decided to run one 18350 in my vamo last night. I made sure I charged them both. After resting my batteries I put it in 18350 mode, checked my watts then my ohms... 1.6ohm's. Odd. Today I decided to stack the vamo, put both batteries in, checked my watts then checked my ohm's... 2.0ohm's??? So I triple checked... yup, the ohm's change every time. I am guessing by adding the second 18350 I am lengthening the path of power supplied to the coil by 0.4ohm. Seem logical to me. Have any of you noticed this? If this is normal it would be useful to know when wrapping coils depending on what mode is chosen.

Somehow, that doesn't sound right. I mean, what's the difference in length with stacked 18350's or a single 18650? Does your carto read different ohms with a single 18350, and a 18650?

More than likely, the gain in voltage (up from 3.7 to 7.4 volts) with stacked 18350's is causing the electronics to function differently. Probably due to how the Vamo is set up to calculate stuff.

I'm not sure... like I said, I checked it 3 times. Stacked, unstacked and so on. I do know that the flavor is noticeably better when stacked with two 18350's. I made sure the watts is the same when I vaped stacked and unstacked. I am going to be getting The Natural and will be using a single 18650... so I will try that in the VAMO as well with the same IGO-l, same coil, same juice. I will see if the ohm's change then or the flavor.

None of my Vamo's change readings when I swap between 350 and 650 batteries. However, if I swap cartos between different Vamos, then sometimes I get a .1 ohm difference. Not much change overall. I don't stack batteries simply because I don't see any gain in it. To each his own though.

LOL! You seem to be going the same route as I did. I own a Natural, with a Natural RSST kit coming soon, and two IGO-L's I use through most the day! The Natural is cool for sure! And, dripping is the bomb!

I've found that both my Vamos no matter what battery or batteries I use I get a reading thats not accurate, usually within +- 03. I think it's the nature of the beast. I can live with it, works great otherwise.

Posible reason? - Actual resistance can vary from the advertised resistance. A 3 OHM cart can be from 2.8 to 3.2 in reality.
