In terms of a better charger and getting more batteries for around the same there may be a better option.I'll put the links below for you.
You can get the Vamo here from Exhale Vapors:
VAMO Variable Volt/Watt APV V2
Use discount code 40PercentOffECF at checkout to bring the price to about $40.

EFest IMR batteries and a good charger from RTD Vapor:

18650s:
Batteries : Efest IMR 18650 Button Top
Those are $8.49 - so $17 for two.

18350s:
Batteries : Efest IMR 18350 Button Top
$6.59 each, so $13.20 total for two.

A good charger:
Battery Chargers : Xtar WP2 II
$20

Total: Vamo $40, 4 batteries $30, Charger $20 = $90.
Or less depending on what batteries you intended to buy. I noticed the Smoktech price went to $80 with just two batteries and a charger. The Trustfire TR001 chargers are ok, but they take a really long time to charge batteries. It can be 8 hours sometimes. The Xtar charger I linked above is quicker for the 18650s - a few hours max.

There is a vendor that has the entire kit plus Jwrap for $59 Look it up at Vapor Joes. I do not remember who it is :)

Oops, it is here Vamo VV Mod Kit

post above you has the jwrap kit, no crappy batteries, but it's $49 with a carbon fiber wrap, also the vapor joes BS is like a coop and they don't have any on hand.
