My vamo was just delivered today. I attached a vivi nova tank with 2.4 ohm coil head. The first time i checked, it read 3.7 ohms! I checked again & it said 3.1. Now its reading 2.6 every time, which is at least close to where it should be. Tried a 2.0 ohm carto, which the vamo reads at 2.2 ohms. Is this something i should be concerned about, or is it not a big deal?

Welcome , but just because a carto/atty , or whatever states that it's a particular ohm , doesn't necessarily make it so . Alot of the devices are close , but seldom right on the money . And when reading those devices , be sure that they are not wet at the connection , or over tightened , for that matter . In fact with the Vamo , you have to be very careful when screwing on your devices . Just screw on , until it just makes a connection . DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN . As this can squeeze the tiny silicon washer from under the contact plate out . Then your device won't work at all . There is a fix for this , but best not to do it , in the first place . Good Luck

Not a big deal. Atomizers are often off by .1 or .2 and many manufacturers' include that in a disclaimer. The Vamo's built in ohm and volt meter is not a high end device but it's close enough. You're not going to be vaping sub-ohm coils with it. Mine is often a little off when I first check a new atty and even my Provari is wonky on occasion.
