so i've been using my vamo 2 for about a month or so now.

i'm using either the aerotank with 2ohm dual coils, or the miniprotank 2 with 2 ohm single coils.

the past week or so it seems like the coils have been fine for a few hours: good flavor, good vapor production, no problems.

then after a few hours of vaping, it tastes burnt/unpleasant, is difficult to draw, and is super frustrating.

anyone have a similar experience or recommendations on what i can do?

This is a problem with either your coils or your juice - not the Vamo. The fact that you are able to vape fine for a few hours shows that your coils are the problem here. If its difficult to draw then its likely the coils are gunked up. A burnt taste suggests they are not getting enough juice delivered to them - which means they are not wicking well. So - gunked up coils and dry wicks.
The solution is to change the coils/wicks - and give the gunked up ones a clean and dryburn. I'd say try that and see how a cleaned coil does. Seem unusual that they would get gunky so fast - but that may be a combination of your juice and the quality of the coils you got.

Protank's are hard on stock coils. Don't throw them away as they can be cleaned. Watch utube videos and clean them and reuse. Then when not working they can simply be rebuilt and work better than ever. If you don't want the fuss of rebuilding them, you could likely sell a bunch of old ones in trading post to people who rebuild them.

From what I know about cran chi and dragon chi - they are serious coil gunkers.

These liquids have an ingredient, it's likely sugar or sweetener, that gunks up the coil. After the coil develops that crust of burnt ingredients, you begin vaporizing it and as a result you get that burnt taste. (and really crappy vapor production)

I imagine the coils you took out look rather crusted with dark goo, but a long 24 hour soak in PGA and/or a dry burn may resurrect them. You may also prolong the time between your coils gunking by rinsing your coil with hot water in between every fill. I know a lot of folks stick to just dripping this stuff because its a little bit of a pain to keep coils clear long enough to enjoy a tankful :)
