Finished 18750 box mod, it is ugly but functional, will snap some pics when the battery dies and I can steal it back from my wife - 18350 box mod planned for Christmas break, hopefully a little cleaner / better looking

Notes from my first build
1) It is ugly, but Fuctional
2) When Soldering 510 box heated up so tank is not level (looks worse in picture)
* Saw a tip from Bagpod, next time soldering negative to a washer and attaching with a nut
3) Mounting the board to use the existing tact switches was a pain
* remote mounting the switches next time
4) Screen was 1/4" away from the side of the case, and hole was not perfect
* next time going to try face mounting the screen, with switches removed and easier opening hopefully better results
5) Going to try a 18350 battery tube on the next one so I don't have to open the box to change batteries (I have a few laying around now from the old vamo bodies)
6) Waiting on magnets to replace screws on enclosure

I am happy that it works, but I am far from a pro.... LOL

All the parts are in for version 2.0, hopefully I get a chance this week to work on it

V2.0 waiting on pictures to upload - much happier

Lessons learned:
Need smaller control wire
Use Less wire / better wire plan (pre-soldering)
Need some 510 grommet / seals (I destroyed up 3 up them reassembling the connector)

Still not perfect, but getting better - have enough parts for one more
