I didn't see a Vamo or Vamo V3 specific subsection so mods may move if you like.

Mine didn't come with instructions. I've figured out I can press the +- buttons to get into different modes but I haven't been able to find the mode that lists my atomizers resistance. I thought the Vamo V3 was supposed to be able to do that?

Anyone have a link or pdf of instructions for Vamo V3.

BTW it is a lot larger than my ego-c. I took my ego-c to work and public but this thing is a whole another beast. I'm worried what they will think of me now if they see me with this monster.

Sorry. I moved to http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/vamo/481772-vamo-v3-instructions.html not sure why I didn't see that sub forum when checking.

No reason to apologize.

I had two version 2 vamos and have a version 5 Vamo, but never had a version 3. None of them ever came with instructions.

Holding the right button shows resistance, holding the left shows battery voltage.

I think if you continue holding the left button you can switch between voltage and wattage output, and continuing holding the right button will switch between mode 1 and mode 2 for Mean (I think) and RMS output.

I always used Mode 2, or RMS. Not sure if version 3 uses these options, but try it out and see.

A V5? Now I feel like I bought an outdated device. I like it. It's much heavier and produces more vapor than my ego-c just wish I had researched a bit more before buying V3 when V5 is out.

The V5 hasn't been out very long. I got mine from a coop here. I was curious to see what the new version had to offer.

The V5 is supposed to be pretty much the same as the V3, but without the swirl pattern on the tube and an OLED display. The menu is also slightly different. It has the same removable top ring to allow you to use ego threaded devices.

Honestly, my favorite Vamo so far was my original V2 in chrome. I think the plated brass body, although not as durable as the SS versions, seemed to me to deliver better performance, possibly due to better conductivity. That could just be my imagination though.

Don't worry about a newer version being out, as long as it does what you need it to do, it's the right device for you.

yeah I just got it a couple of days ago...was waiting almost a month for FT to deliver. To be honest I like the swirl design and heavy weight of it. I'm just curious of what co-workers/public will think of it. My ego-c is small in comparison and can somewhat look like a cig a like. This thing is is huge. I may just keep it for home vaping...maybe it's just my discomfort with public opinion but I really like it.

Greetings; I totally agree with you, I love my Vamo (V3) but I'm not sure I want to carry it around and use it when i'm out.

I was stuck on deciding between the Vamo and an iTaste VV V3, but I probably will get the iTaste too, for portable vaping. Using the Vamo at home will converve the VV's battery lifetime -- the non-replaceable battery is obviously a knock against the iTaste.

Regards
Glenn
